All chart types have the following common settings:

• Name:
  Name of the chart. Only used to identify the chart in settings and in UserFunctions. Is not visible to the end user when viewing the project.
• Title:
  Localized title of the chart. Visible to the end user in their selected language in the header of the chart.
• Description:
  Localized short description of the chart. Visible to the user when hovering over the chart title in the charts panel.
• Is expanded:
  When set to true, the chart will be expanded when the user opens the project for the first time. Otherwise, only the header will be visible, and the chart needs to be expanded manually.
